Bagaroonie!!!!

Okay, so I am in a bag groove at the moment, really am loving the felting :) This yarn was a sample, sent to me by my main yarn supplier, Yarn Traders on eBay, its a 50% Alpaca - 50% Merino bulky yarn...and is BEAUTIFUL *grins* I dyed it up, and started knitting it at Stitch n Bitch on Tuesday night. I have to admit, I think it was a little disappointed to be a bag, as it resisted me a little....but it turned out fantastically. Ran out of yarn though, so the handle isn't really long enough..... that'll teach me to force yarn to be something it doesn't really want to be.... he he he

XL Shorts.......for the son of a very good friend of mine :)

A custom pair of Shorts....Large with an XL back rise, for overnight. I am very pleased with them, there is a little pooling of colour, but it looks kinda camoflagey :)

My Tuesday experiment :)

I did some stash busting... Over dyed some pure wool DK I have, in 3 shades of purple (3 x 75g skeins) then I crocheted all 3 strands together in a "make it up as I go along" type way for the bag Crocheted it all together and felted it twice in the machine.....

Then last night and this morning I made the flower..... I am quite pleased with it....!!!

I dyed this up yesterday, its a mix of hot pink/cerise/purple and black. It'll look lovely knitted up with a black waistband andleg cuffs/frills. The bottom skein is a slight mis-dye, as some of the dye hasn't taken so well, but the top skein is perfect :)

He goes till 10.45 every morning for 2 weeks, then starts full time after that.......
